Concrete Preservation
Concrete preservation is a proactive and cost-effective approach aimed at extending the service life of concrete roadways by preventing or delaying deterioration caused by various factors such as weathering, traffic loads, and environmental exposure. This process involves the application of protective measures to mitigate the impact of distress mechanisms, including concrete sealer, crack fillings, water repellants, and degrease.

Concrete Crack Filler
Flex Crete is a cold pour, ready to use, gray elastomeric crack sealer that IS NOT silicon or polyurethane based. Easy to use with water cleanup. It provides a lasting and flexible seal with the ease of installation of self-leveling pourable materials. Flex Crete™ can be used in new highway construction or as a remedial or repair sealant in old construction. In new construction, it provides a long-lasting seal that will prolong the life of the pavement and prevent water and noncompressibles from entering into the joint and damaging the pavement and foundation.

Concrete Sealer
Matrix Pro® is a ZERO-VOC concrete preservation product, nonflammable, non-toxic, potassium silicate based penetrating crystalline sealer that internally strengthens, waterproofs and primes concrete, masonry and cementitious materials. Matrix Pro® reacts with free calcium hydroxide forming a silica hydrogel that fills the capillaries within the matrix. This hydrogel permanently seals the matrix internally, greatly reducing the ingress of damaging moisture and chloride ions, while simultaneously maintaining breathability of the substrate and allowing trapped moisture vapor to escape. Matrix Pro® also acts as a primer for breathable surface coatings and systems. It does not alter the breathability of these coatings and may increase their adhesion and performance characteristics. Matrix Pro® can also be used in conjunction with non-breathable coatings and systems.
PRIMARY APPLICATIONS:
Foxfire Matrix Pro® is suitable for use on freshly cured, aged and green concrete as well as on brick and masonry. Typical uses include but are not limited to: concrete decks, sidewalks, driveways, building facades, highway barriers, parapets, precast concrete structures, seawalls, retaining walls, stadiums, concourses, public buildings, amusement parks, racetracks, airports, train and bus stations, and other brick, masonry, or poured-in-place concrete structures.
SPECIALTY APPLICATIONS:
Foxfire Matrix Pro® has a long and successful track record of being used as the crucial first line of defense in numerous, multi-layered gunite, shotcrete and concrete
vault waterscapes. By treating the concrete shell before applying plaster and other secondary coatings, Matrix Pro® will permanently protect subsequent layers against the harmful effects of ASR, efflorescence and moisture drive, while simultaneously enhancing the bond strength and overall lifespan.
Concrete Water Repellant
Foxfire SB-40™ Repellent concrete preservation technology is a single-component, penetrating solvent-based 40% silane water repellent designed for use on most above-grade concrete and masonry substrates. Foxfire SB-40™ is unlike conventional solvent-based 40% silane repellents, which traditionally contain high-levels of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Foxfire SB-40™ is the only commercially available, 0-VOC repellent of its kind and exceeds all federal VOC regulations. Foxfire SB-40 also exceeds all performance standards of AASHTO-T-259/260 and NCHRP Report 244 –Series II.
