Envirotx DCE
Enzyme-Based Soil Stabilizer
Improved density & compaction
Higher load-bearing capacity
Better moisture resistance
Stronger Roads. Lower Costs. Greener Solutions.
Envirotx DCE™ is a next-generation, enzyme-based soil stabilization technology designed to build durable unpaved or paved roads at a fraction of traditional construction costs. Safe, environmentally friendly, and easy to apply, DCE creates long-lasting road structures that dramatically reduce maintenance needs — even in demanding environments.
Envirotx
Key Benefits
Significant Cost Savings
DCE costs a fraction of traditional stabilization agents and alternative road-building solutions while delivering far superior long-term performance.
Durable, Long-Lasting Roads
After application and compaction, the treated surface continues to harden over time, providing exceptional resistance to traffic, moisture, rutting, and environmental degradation.
Extremely Easy to Apply
A single, straightforward application allows roads to be driven on immediately after compaction — and they strengthen rapidly.
What Is Envirotx DCE™?
Envirotx DCE™ is an advanced bio-enzymatic soil stabilizer that bonds soil particles together, creating a harder, denser, weather-resistant base. When blended into soils containing adequate clay content and properly compacted, it produces exceptional strength gains over time:
-
1.8× stronger than untreated soil in 7 days
-
Up to 10× stronger in 28 days, per ASTM D2166 testing
This makes DCE ideal for counties, DOTs, oilfield operators, industrial sites, developers, and any operation seeking reliable, low-maintenance road solutions.
How it Works
The enzyme formulation enhances natural soil bonding by reorganizing clay platelets and strengthening the soil matrix. Once compacted, the material cures into a dense, hard structure capable of supporting heavy loads and resisting moisture intrusion.
What to Expect
-
Improved density & compaction
-
Higher load-bearing capacity
-
Better moisture resistance
-
Dramatically reduced washboarding, rutting, and potholing
Ready to Upgrade Your Surface?
Simple 4-Step Application Process
Open or rip the road surface
Use a grader, tiller, ripper, or (ideally) a reclaimer to loosen the soil 3–12 inches deep.
Apply water mixed with Envirotx DCE™
Add enough water to reach the soil’s optimum moisture content (OMC), ensuring uniform distribution.
Finish grade and compact
Proper compaction is essential for achieving maximum strength.
Immediate usability & curing
The road can be driven on immediately. Strength increases dramatically over the first 7–28 days.
