Concrete Sealer
Matrix Pro® is a ZERO-VOC, nonflammable, non-toxic, potassium silicate based penetrating crystalline sealer that internally strengthens, waterproofs and primes concrete, masonry and cementitious materials. Matrix Pro® reacts with free calcium hydroxide forming a silica hydrogel that fills the capillaries within the matrix. This hydrogel permanently seals the matrix internally, greatly reducing the ingress of damaging moisture and chloride ions, while simultaneously maintaining breathability of the substrate and allowing trapped moisture vapor to escape. Matrix Pro® also acts as a primer for breathable surface coatings and systems.

Water Repellent
Foxfire SB-40™ Repellent is a single-component, penetrating solvent-based 40% silane water repellent designed for use on most above-grade concrete and masonry substrates. Foxfire SB-40™ is unlike conventional solvent-based 40% silane repellents, which traditionally contain high-levels of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Foxfire SB-40™ is the only commercially available, 0-VOC repellent of its kind and exceeds all federal VOC regulations. Foxfire SB-40 also exceeds all performance standards of AASHTO-T-259/260 and NCHRP Report 244 –Series II.

Degreaser
HD Degreaser is a water-based, alkaline solution of anionic oil-splitting surfactants used for heavy-duty cleaning, degreasing and grime removal. Foxfire HD Degreaser can be used on concrete, painted steel, steel, copper, aluminum, galvanized steel, bronze and plastic surfaces.
- Removes grease, grime, oil, tar, tire marks and soot with minimum scrubbing.
- Contains no CFCs. Readily biodegradable in both water and soil, with accumulation not expected.
- Excellent detergency and oil coupling.
